About these terms
This store is run by Fou Loka. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and we email you an order number.
- Drops are limited. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown wrongly, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.
- Each order is limited to 5 pieces of the same size, so more people get one.
Prices & payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and you're always charged in INR. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see your card or bank details.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cancellations
- Want to cancel? Contact us with your order number before it ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
- Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it — see below.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–7 business days to show it.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery times and costs are on our shipping page. Returns, exchanges and refunds work as described on our returns page (30 days from delivery, unworn with tags on).
The products
We show our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours vary a little between screens and prints are applied by hand, so small differences are part of the piece. Check the size chart before ordering.
Our designs
The Fou Loka name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
If something goes wrong with an order, the most we're responsible for is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
